We offer a full show home 'design, supply and installation' service tailored to your property style and size, to your budget, and to appeal to your target market.
Adding furniture gives a room purpose and provides scale; adding the finishing touches creates the lifestyle to encourage the viewers to mentally move in.
All our services start with an initial phone consultation, which is absolutely free. We get to know you; your brand; your properties; and your target market, all whilst you get to know us and what we can do to help you you sell your housing development or refurbished homes.
The full works…consultation, ideas, scheme boards, layout plans, specifying, ordering and installation of everything within the interior of your show home. We don't just add furniture; we style the space!
Scheme boards, floor layout plans and wallcovering/fabric samples are provided to demonstrate the look and feel across the whole interior of the property, with a full schedule of costings for décor, furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, lighting, lamps, accessories. The flooring, kitchen and bathroom fittings are normally organised by the property developer, but we are happy to assist with the decision making.
If you need a show home in a hurry, we can work remotely in the first instance. Floor plans and photographs can be emailed to us for the faster turn-around of the design stage.
Once the design is agreed in principle and a deposit paid, we conduct a site survey at the intended show home property (if we haven't done so before) to confirm the details of the scheme.
A further payment for the purchases is then required before the wallpapers and light fittings are delivered to site, along with a decorating/lighting schedule, for your contractors to follow and install. On an agreed date the delivery/installation and styling takes place, usually over one to two days. Final balance payment is required two days prior to the install.
Do you have a show home on your housing development that has served its purpose with every plot sold on the site? Or, do you have a buyer desperately wanting your show home plot but as yet the rest of the properties are unsold?
Let us move it to another plot or another housing development site. Using all the furniture, lamps, accessories etc from the original show home, we can create a new look in a new show home with new wallpaper, window dressings and switching things around.
