  • COVID19 UPDATE: if your property is unoccupied and empty we are now able to carry out a site visit as long as we can guarantee distancing rules. We would send you a list of safety measures to put in place ahead of time.

    Alternatively, if the property is occupied, we still offer remote design services. 
  • On-line home staging assessment: our remote way of working...
    Email clearly labelled photographs of 3 rooms within your property to us and we will provide a list of observations and suggestions to best improve the spaces...£100.
  • Verbal home staging assessment: A two hour assessment including a walk through the property, accompanied by the home owner, to discuss observations and recommendations for changes which would make the best of each area...£126.
    ***this can also be carried out via live video chat during the COVID19 lockdown***
  • Standard homes staging assessment + written report: A two hour assessment of the property, room by room including the exterior, after which the property owner will receive a full written report with observations, recommendations and an action plan detailing changes which would make the best of each area...£210.
  • Staging supplies and add-on services: If you would like to carry out our recommended improvements but are unable to, we can supply items where needed and implement the changes for you. Prices assessed on a case by case basis.
  • Preparing for viewings: If you don’t have time, or you just want the professional touch, we can set the scene for your viewers or your Estate Agent’s camera...£42 per hour (minimum of two hours). N.B. Although not essential, it is advisable to carry out a verbal/standard home staging assessment first in order to make the best use of the time.
