Our tailored furniture and furnishings packs include appropriate furniture, lamps, scatter cushions, bedding, towels, artwork, mirrors and accessories to dress the surfaces throughout the property. They can also include rugs and ceiling light shades if required.
If you would like to complete the look with curtains/blinds and/or flooring these can also be arrange to purchase.

All our services start with an initial phone consultation, which is absolutely free. We get to know you; your property; your target market, all whilst you get to know us and what we can do to help you sell your empty, unoccupied property. We should be able to give you a ball-park figure for providing this service based the size of the property and the number of rooms to be styled.
All we would need is a digital floor plan and photographs of the property and an idea of your budget.
We will show you examples of the type, style and quality of furniture and furnishings you can expect to receive, including a list of items to be supplied in each room. Everything can be discussed and prepared over email and via phone calls.
Installation usually takes place over 1 or 2 days dependent on the size of the property and usually within 2 weeks of the order confirmation and payment. We can sometimes accommodate a faster turn-around if needed. It's always worth asking.

Every property is assessed individually. The price includes delivery, installation and removal by our professional team and interior stylists. If you send the floor plans to us we can give you an idea of what it will cost to dress your property, with a general overview on the style, for free. However, as a full design scheme with mood boards takes a long time to put together we charge £147 for a full proposal which, if you go ahead, will be deducted from the price of the hire service. If you don't go ahead you can always use the mood boards as a guide to do it yourself.
*Supply is dependent upon the property owner having contents insurance cover for the duration of the contract.
