At Design Fix we understand property development first hand. We know budgets are tight so hiring a designer for the whole project is usually out of the question, but every day you are faced with having to make on the spot decisions on room layout, door positions, where to put sockets, what tiles to use, which flooring to go with, kitchens door, handle and worktop choices, bathroom and tap choices, paint colours and wallpapers...the list is relentless and tiring. Decision making fatigue is real.
Let us help you on an ad hock basis when you need an expert opinion on the layout or fixtures and finishes.

All our services start with an initial phone consultation, which is absolutely free. We get to know you; your property; your likes/dislikes or your target market; all whilst you get to know us and what we can do to help you during your property build or renovation project.
Once we understand your vision for the property and what the budget is we can be on hand when you find yourself faced with a design dilemma. For example you can facetime or send photos of the work top choices or tile options, or, for space-planning we can work from plans or visit the site. You only get in touch when you feel overwhelmed or out of your depth with interior decisions. There is an initial £126 fee for getting to know your project then payment on an hourly rate after that. Site visits, available within the Lancashire region, are an additional £84.
